The Public University of Navarra (Universidad Publica de Navarra or UPNA) is a government-funded institution, with campuses in the Spanish cities of Pamplona and Tudela. Established in 1987 by the Parliament of Navarre, UPNA is known for its focus on engineering and the natural sciences.

UPNA currently offers over 20 bachelor's degree courses, many of these with foreign languages and specializations, in fields such as agri-food engineering, biotechnology, economy, and social work. The university's degrees in business administration and engineering are particularly popular among students, and its programs in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, and Agricultural Engineering have achieved high rankings globally.
