The 55rd Annual Conference on Information Sciences and Systems will be hosted by the Johns Hopkins University Whiting School of Engineering’s Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering and a Technical Co-Sponsorship with IEEE Information Theory Society on March 20-22-2019.
